Jane Lauder and Peter Lichtenthal each assume additional responsibilities in 2013 as part of The Estée Lauder Companies’ strategic organizational redesign announced in November.

Jane Lauder, global president and general manager of the Origins and Ojon brands, now adds Darphin to her brand leadership responsibilities. She continues to report to Lynne Greene, in her new role as group president of Clinique (as well as president), Origins, Ojon, Aveda and Darphin.

Lichtenthal

Peter Lichtenthal, president of Bumble and Bumble, and former marketing executive for the Estée Lauder brand and M•A•C Cosmetics, will now also oversee Smashbox. He reports to John Demsey, group president of Estée Lauder, M•A•C, Tom Ford Beauty, Prescriptives, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Jo Malone and Smashbox.
